Good Morning, We need to increase our Invoice Number Range. Is this possible? We also need to talk to someone in relation to upragrading to Windows. We purchased the windows program last year but have not yet switched across. We have upgraded our server to cope. Who do we now talk to? Thanks Tracey

DOS/Datapax 6 Support:
I'm trying to post payments into the system but am getting an error to re-establish pointers. I've run this utility twice but still get the same error message. There were a couple accounts that let me post a payment but the majority will not. How do I fix this ASAP?

After closing off 2009, i now can't apply payments received from customers. Also statements list invoices from customer A under customer B's name/address and so forth. We have tried to re-establish pointers numerous times but it doesn't help. You assitance would be much appreciated

Dear All Could you please give an Update on the AR issue in datapax. The AR pointers don't seem to be pointing in the right direction and we are also unable to see Open items for clients in AR. In the end also we are not able to allocate payments, make credit notes and so on. I know there are generic statements that Datapax are aware of the problem but we are n Australia and we need answers Brendan Ngo

We purchased the Datapax software years ago and have since switched to another system. However, we are now trying to use Datapax again to generate nutritional values for our products. However, some required values are not calculated (e.g. trans fat). Can this version 6.3 still generate valid nutritional facts or are the upgrades that we have to purchase in order to create compliant nutritional information?

We currently use the "Customers orders chart" to pack out orders for different customers. Most charts we print have up to 6 pages (8.5" x 11") because we have many customer columns that are blank but still print. Is there another chart/report we can print that will list products by product groups only from customers that have an order?

I asked a week or so ago how to make a hot backup of the program. I didn't write down the steps because I was driving though. I remember that I needed to copy the .mbd files, which I can find and copy, but the program is still asking me for my start up code and all that and I don't have it anymore. I have all the other codes but I remember the tech support saying I didn't need it. I just can't remember the step following copying the database files. Thanks!
