DOS EOY Issues

We are aware of issues with DOS and the change into the new year. We are actively working on a solution to the AR and product count issue in interim production and will update this site with additional information as it becomes available. We will also contact you by phone as soon as we have a fix that has been tested and is ready for release. As a temporary workaround for the product count:

Choose F4 > F1 instead of F4 > F2 will give you a count of many of your items.

We are also diligently working on a workaround for the AR issue until we get a permanent fix.

Please also keep in mind that we can give you a quote for our GlobalBake software: a modern, stable software solution for bakeries. In light of the issues with our DOS product, we are offering an additional 10% off our normal special price for exisitng Datapax users. We can migrate your data from your DOS system (this includes data that you've put in for 2010, the error does not affect your data), and we offer free training here at our location in Phoenix.

Globalbake software:

Makes your business transparent - you can see and understand what’s going on in all facets of your operation

Provides consistent, reliable information - performs checks and controls to assure inputs and outputs accurately reflect your operational and financial situation

Reduces administrative overhead costs - eliminates tedious, redundant data entry and manually generated paperwork in receivables, scheduling, inventory management and purchasing

Greatly improves inventory and production management - automated tools for purchasing, precise recipe scaling, scheduling and waste reporting minimize costly stock-outs and over-production; intelligent use of historic information

Modular software - allows you to select the functions your operation specifically needs for a custom-like fit; additional modules can be added at any time.

Again, we thank you for your patience while we work on a fix.
